These terms are between Wrenchcall, Inc. (“Wrenchcall”, “we”) and the business that signs up for the service (“you”). By using Wrenchcall you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and able to bind your business.

Wrenchcall is an AI voice agent that answers your phone, books jobs into your calendar, texts you job cards with quote ranges, escalates emergencies to your on-call tech and calls back missed calls. We may improve or change features over time.

Standard pricing is $179 per month per location. Early-access shops pay $99 per month per location and keep that price for as long as their account stays active. Fees are billed monthly in advance and are not refunded for partial months. You can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. We will give 30 days’ notice before changing the standard price.

• Give accurate information and keep your calendar, contact details and on-call schedule up to date.
• Follow the laws that apply to recording calls and texting people. Wrenchcall plays a recording notice and you must leave it on.
• Review the job cards you receive. You are responsible for the work you do and for the prices you quote.
• Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, or use it for unlawful, deceptive or harassing calls.

Wrenchcall uses AI and can misunderstand, mishear or be wrong. Quote ranges are estimates, not offers. Wrenchcall is not an emergency service and cannot call 911. A caller in immediate danger should call 911.

You own your data. You give us permission to process it to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.

We own the service, including its software and design. You may use it for your business while these terms are in effect.

The service relies on third parties such as Google Cloud, Twilio and your calendar or field-service software. We are not responsible for their outages or changes.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that every call will be answered or every job booked.

To the extent the law allows, Wrenchcall is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost jobs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put the service or other people at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.
